1. Application Form can be obtained online
2. The minimum age as on 1st April, 2024, Play Group : 2.5 years to 3.5 years, LKG : 3.5 years to 5 years, UKG : 4.5 years to 6 years.
3. Parent must keep a hard copy (printout) of submitted online application form.
4. At the time of admission for Play Group to Class 1 :- Submit a photocopy of documents with application form at school desk:
  1. Certificate of Municipality Corporation
  2. Aadhar Card
The original documents must be produced for verification when required.
5. At the time of admission for Class 2 onwards :
  1. Transfer Certificate signed by the principal of school(for schools in U.P)
  2. Transfer Certificates signed by the principal and District Inspector of Schools (for schools outside U.P)
  3. Transfer Certificate from class 1st onwards
  4. Last class report card from class 1st onwards
6. Parent must give a valid e-mail id and mobile number for correspondence.
7. Fees paid once is not refundable under any circumstances.
8. Parents are requested to submit the complete registration form along with the documents within one week.
9. I have carefully gone through the instructions given above and I shall abide by all terms and conditions as per JR Academy, Naka Paisar, Barabanki admission guidelines.
